Legal process
Send subpoenas, court orders, search warrants and other legal process to the email or mailing address above.
Preservation requests
If you need records kept while you obtain legal process, email a preservation request naming the account or listing and the dates it covers.
Emergencies
If someone is in imminent danger, call 911 first. Then email us with EMERGENCY in the subject line, or call the number above.
What to include
- Your name, agency or firm, and a way to reach you
- The listing link, the account's handle or email, or an order reference
- What you are asking for, and the dates it covers
- The legal process or authority for the request
Confidentiality
If you are asking us not to tell the account holder about your request, say so in the request and include the order or legal basis for it.
