Vows 2 Vintage LLC
This Fee Schedule sets out what Sellers pay to sell on Vows2Vintage. It is part of the Seller Agreement. Buyers pay no Vows2Vintage fee.
1. What Buyers Pay
Buyers pay no Vows2Vintage fee. The price displayed for an item is the price the Buyer pays for that item. Only the following are added at checkout:
- sales tax and any other tax or fee imposed by a government on the transaction; and
- on Listings where the Buyer pays shipping, the postage quoted at checkout, which is the actual carrier cost of shipping the item.
If we offer optional extras that the Buyer can decline and still complete the purchase, they are shown separately before payment.
2. What Sellers Pay

A sale is completed when the item has been delivered and the Buyer accepts it, the Buyer's inspection period ends without a claim, or a claim on it is decided in the Seller's favor.

The postage and coverage figures are examples. Their actual costs depend on the parcel, the destination, the carrier, and the item's price.
Sales tax is collected from the Buyer in addition to the item price and remitted to the taxing authority. It is not part of Seller proceeds and no commission is charged on it.
4. Payout Timing
Proceeds are released on the earlier of the Buyer confirming acceptance or the end of the Buyer's 3-day inspection period. Until five of a Seller's sales have completed, we may hold the funds from each sale for up to 7 days after delivery. Released funds normally reach the Seller's bank account within 2 to 5 business days. Section 8 of the Seller Agreement sets out the circumstances in which we may hold, delay, or refuse to release funds.
5. Taxes
Where the law requires us to collect and remit sales tax on a transaction, we calculate, collect, and remit it. Sellers remain responsible for their own income tax obligations. Our payment processor may be required to report Seller proceeds to tax authorities and issue an information return.
6. Changes to This Schedule
We will give Sellers at least 30 days written notice before any fee increase takes effect. An increase applies only to sales made after the notice period ends. Fee reductions may take effect immediately. The current version of this Schedule is always available at vows2vintage.com/fees.
7. Paid Placement
We do not currently offer paid promotion, paid search ranking, or paid preferential placement. If we begin to offer it, we will describe here how payment affects ranking or placement, and either the price or how a Seller can obtain price information, before the feature becomes available.
